高等工程人才培养模式的中国路径：借鉴、探索、创新

China’s Path of Higher Engineering Talents Training Mode:Learning, Exploring and Innovating

中国高等工程人才培养模式从19世纪末期萌芽之初以'通才型'人才培养模式为主导,20世纪50年代院系调整时切换至'专才型'人才培养模式。改革开放使得中国高等工程教育跳出了单一建构的模式框架,不同类型的高校在探索中创新出具有自身特色的人才培养模式,并将代表性模式在同类型高校中进行推广,逐渐形成'复合多元'的新格局。通过对中国高等工程人才培养模式的探索进行概括总结,创建性地提出具有中国特色的'多元复合型'工程人才培养模式,中国高等工程人才的培养还将继续向多元复合的方向进行深化改革。

From the perspective of the curriculum system,this paper analyzes the development path of Chinas higher engineering talents training mode.At the beginning of its emergence in the late 19 th century,the'generalist'talents training mode was taken as the leading factor.In the 1950 s,the departmental adjustment was switched to'specialist'talents training mode.The reform and opening up has made Chinas higher engineering education jump out of the single construction mode framework.Different types of colleges and universities have innovated talents training modes in line with their own characteristics and promot the representative modes in universities of the same type.A new pattern of'compound diversification'is gradually taking shape.Through the summary of the training mode of higher engineering talents in China,the author proposes a'multiple and compound type'with Chinese characteristics,and the cultivation of Chinas higher engineering talents will continue to deepen the reform of the multiple and compound mode.
