摘要
经合组织一贯重视师资队伍建设问题。进入21世纪以来,该组织在这方面开展过大量专题项目,并出版了一系列出版物。其中,规模和影响力较大的有'吸引、发展和留住有效教师'专题评议、国际教与学调查、'为了有效学习的创新教学'项目、教学实践视频研究与全球视频库,以及职前教师培养研究等。这些项目体现了经合组织一贯'重实证''重大数据'的风格,能为中国研究和制定相关教师政策提供理念启发和证据支撑。
The OECD has always attached great importance to the construction of teaching staff.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the organization has carried out a large number of thematic projects and published a series of publications in this field.There are some large-scale projects,such as thematic review of'Attracting,Developing and Retaining Effective Teachers','Teaching and Learning International Survey''Innovative Teaching for Effective Learning'project,'Video Study and Global Video library on Teaching Practices'and'Initial Teacher Preparation Study',etc.These projects,which embody the OECD’s traditional'empirical'and'big data'style,can provide conceptual inspiration and evidence support for the research and development of relevant teacher policies in China.
