尚书郎与两晋南朝礼制建设研究

The Research of Shangshulang and Ritual Construction in the Period of Jin and Southern Dynasties

两晋南朝时期,统治者出于维护统治的目的,在政权之外重建道德权威,并以礼的形式实行于世。尚书郎作为尚书省运转的中枢环节,为该时期礼制最终形成系统化、制度化'五礼'作出了巨大贡献。本文从尚书郎曹的机构设置、礼制职能、礼制贡献和礼制影响四个方面来考察尚书郎在重建礼制过程中所发挥的重要作用。

In the Jin and Southern dynasties period,for the purpose of maintaining the rule,the rulers rebuilt the moral authority outside of the regime and implemented it in the form of rites.As the central link of Shangshusheng,Shangshulang made great contributions in the process of forming the systematization and institutionalization of the'five rites'during that period.This paper examines the important role played by Shangshulang in the reconstruction of the ritual system from four aspects:the institutional setting,the function,the contribution and the influence of the ritual system.
