摘要
本文首先对黏膜免疫系统组成、特征和黏膜免疫应答的机理研究进展进行了论述,同时归纳比较了几种主要禽病疫苗的免疫接种途径和刺激黏膜免疫应答的相关性,为日后更好地利用黏膜免疫研制和应用家禽疫苗奠定理论基础。
This article summarizes structures and features of the mucosal immune system and the mechanisms of the mucosal immunity and explores the relationship between poultry vaccination and mucosal immune response. In brief, this review provides a theoretical basis for development of poultry vaccine and induction of strong mucosal immune.
