摘要
在 2 8℃下用叶盘法研究了 5种寄主植物对截形叶螨生长发育及繁殖的影响。结果表明 ,在不同寄主植物上 ,截形叶螨各螨态历期、单雌产卵量、日均产卵量、产卵期、净增殖率、周限增长率、内禀增长率、世代平均周期和种群加倍时间等均有明显差异 ;雌螨完成一代所需时间长短依次为 9 3天 (黄瓜 )、9 3天 (菜豆 )、9 6天 (大豆 )、11 0天 (茄子 )和 11 6天 (玉米 ) ,产卵期依次为 9 9天 (茄子 )、11 2天 (黄瓜 )、12 9天 (菜豆 )、15 8天 (玉米 )和 17 9天 (大豆 ) ;单雌产卵量和净增殖率在大豆上最高 ,分别为 115 0和 51 7,而在茄子上最低 ,分别为 3 8 0和 11 7。幼、若螨期存活率大小依次为 93 6% (大豆 )、91 7% (玉米 )、89 9% (黄瓜 )、84 3 % (菜豆 )和 61 6% (茄子 ) ,存活曲线均为Ⅰ型。大豆是其最嗜食寄主植物 ,其次是玉米 ,再次为黄瓜和菜豆 。
Influence of five host plants on development and reproduction of Tetra nychus truncatus Ehara was investigated at 28℃ in the laboratory. The results i ndicated that there were significant differences in the durations of different d evelopmental stages, fecundity, egg production per day, net reproductive rate ( R_0), finite rate of increase (λ), intrinsic rate of increase (r _m), mean gener ation time (T) and the days needed to double population size (DDP) when rear ed w ith these host plants. The time needed by females to complete a generation on cu cumber, kidney bean, soybean, eggplant and corn were 9.3, 9.3, 9.6, 11.0 and 11. 6 days, respectively. The oviposition time lasted 9.9, 11.2, 12.9, 15.8 and 17.9 days, respectively on eggplant, cucumber, kidney bean, corn and soybean. Both f ecundity and R_0 of the mite were the highest on soybean, and the lowest on egg plant. The survival rates on soybean, corn, cucumber, kidney bean and eggplant w ere 93.6%, 91.7%, 89.8%, 84.3% and 61.6%, respectively. The survival curves fell into DeeveyⅠ. The mite displayed a decreasing preference on the five host plan ts in the following order: soybean, corn, cucumber, kidney bean and eggplant.
