摘要
通过对二倍体栽培种×六倍体野生桑和六倍体野生桑×二倍体栽培种两种杂交类型的F1代性比分析表明 :2n(栽 )× 6n(野 )主要因杂交母本不同 ,F1代性比呈现多样化特点 ,有的雌性比与雄性比接近 ,有的雌性比或雄性比较高 ,有的雌性比处于支配地位 ;6n(野 )× 2n(栽 )的F1代性比则呈现单一化特点 ,雌性比均接近 90 %以上 ,处于F1代性比的支配地位。因此 ,在远缘杂交时 ,要根据对F1代的不同目标性状要求 。
The results from analyzing F_1 sex ratio of diploid cultivated mulberry ×(hexaploid) wild mulberry and (hexaploid) wild mulberry ×diploid cultivated mulberry showed that the F_1 sex ratio of diploid cultivated mulberry × (hexaploid) wild (mulberry) express a diversified characteristic because of different female parents, and the F_1 sex ratio of hexaploid wild mulberry ×diploid cultivated mulberry express a simple characteristic with above 90% of the female ratio. The (different) crossing types and combinations should be selected to meet the needs of different characters of F_1 in the (distant) hybridigation.
