真皮下血管网皮瓣法治疗腋臭的临床应用与评价

Clinical application and evaluation of subdermal vascular network flap method in the treatment of bromhidrosis

目的应用真皮下血管网皮瓣法治疗腋臭并进行评价。方法 45例腋臭患者行真皮下血管网皮瓣法治疗。观察术后疗效及并发症情况。结果所有45例患者均取得良好效果,总有效率为100%,并发症少。修剪后皮瓣全层组织切片均未见大汗腺。结论真皮下血管网皮瓣法是治疗腋臭的简单可靠的方法 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To apply and evaluate subdermal vascular network flap method in the treatment of bromhidrosis. Methods A total of 45 bromhidrosis patients received subdermal vascular network flap method for treatment. Their postoperative curative effects and complications status were observed. Results All 45 patients had good effects, with the total effective rate as 100% and few complications. After surgery, no apocrine sweat gland was found in flap full-thickness tissues. Conclusion Subdermal vascular network flap method is an easy and credible method for treating bromhidrosis, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
