摘要
目的探讨卡介苗接种后的异常反应及处理方法。方法分析56例卡介苗接种后异常反应患儿的病历资料,观察接种卡介苗所致的异常反应,总结处理方法。结果 56例接种卡介苗发生异常反应的患儿,经过及时有效的治疗,其异常反应迅速得到改善,最终完全消失,治疗总有效率为100%。结论加强卡介苗接种人员的业务培训,加强卡介苗接种儿童的护理工作,及时采取有效的处理措施,可保证免疫接种工作的安全性和有效性。
Objective To investigate abnormal reactions and treatment after BCG vaccination. Methods Clinical data of 56 children patients with abnormal reactions after BCG vaccination were analyzed. Their abnormal reactions were observed for summarization of treatment measures. Results All 56 children with abnormal reactions after BCG vaccination had quick improvement and cured reactions after receiving timely and effective treatment. Their total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Strengthening training for medical staff in BCG vaccination and nursing for children, and timely implement of effective treatment measures can guarantee safety and effectiveness of vaccination.
