摘要
目的探究CT检查在肺内孤立性小结节(SPN)中的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析68例肺内孤立性小结节患者的CT检查资料。结果恶性肿瘤41例,良性肿瘤27例;在肿瘤的CT表现上,恶性肿瘤的分叶、毛刺征、空洞、边缘清楚等表现的发生率明显高于良性肿瘤,良性肿瘤的钙化发生率明显高于恶性肿瘤,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在SPN诊断中运用CT检查能提高临床确诊率,减少误诊,具有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate clinical diagnostic value of CT examination for solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN). Methods CT examination data of 68 solitary pulmonary nodule patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 41 malignant tumors and 27 benign tumors. Malignant tumors had obviously higher incidence of leaflet, speculation, cavity, and clear border in CT than benign tumors, while the later had obviously higher incidence of calcification than malignant tumors. Their differences all had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of CT examination in diagnosis of SPN can improve accuracy of clinical diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis. This method contains important clinical value.
