256排螺旋CT对冠状动脉成像准确性的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨256排螺旋CT对冠状动脉成像的准确性。方法 104例行256排螺旋CT检查冠状动脉的患者,在行冠状动脉CT血管成像(CTA)后1个月内行冠状动脉造影。研究中把冠状动脉造影作为诊断冠心病的金标准。观察患者的左冠状动脉的主干、回旋支、前降支及右冠状动脉4支血管在冠状动脉CTA和冠状动脉造影的异同,来判断冠状动脉CTA准确性。结果本研究有效病例101例,404支血管。冠状动脉CTA检查阳性结果为99支,冠状动脉造影检查阳性结果 105支。冠状动脉CTA诊断冠心病的敏感性为85.71%,特异性为96.99%,阳性预测值90.91%,阴性预测值95.08%,准确值94.06%。结论 256排螺旋CT在冠状动脉检查中敏感性和特异性均较高,是临床检查冠心病的值得信赖的工具。
