摘要
糖尿病足(DF)是糖尿病严重的慢性并发症之一,是糖尿病周围神经病变、周围血管病变、感染、足部畸形等多方因素影响的结果。随着我国人群糖尿病患病率的上升,由于缺乏有效的血糖控制,糖尿病足患病率逐年增加。现就糖尿病足病的治疗现状及其进展作一综述。
Diabetic foot(DF) is one of the severe chronic complications of diabetes mellitus, and it is induced by multiple factors, such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease, infection, and foot deformity. Morbidity of diabetic foot gradually increased along with increased morbidity of diabetes mellitus and ineffective blood glucose control in China. This paper provided a summary for current treatment status and progress of diabetic foot.
