垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽的生物学效应及其与偏头痛之间的相关性 被引量：2

摘要 垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(pituitary adenylate cyclaseactivating polypeptide,PACAP)是由ADCYAP1基因编码的,属于血管活性肠肽(VIP)-胰高血糖素-促胰液素家族。PACAP由ADCYAP1基因编码,形成一个包含175个氨基酸的前肽。经过剪切,PACAP表达为两种形式的蛋白,分别是由27个氨基酸组成的PACAP-27和由38个氨基酸组成的PACAP-38。最初,PACAP是Miyata等[1]人在1989年从羊下丘脑中发现的一种神经肽。
