安宫黄体酮对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者激素水平的影响研究

Study on effect of Angong progesterone on hormone levels in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨安宫黄体酮对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)患者激素水平的影响。方法 60例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予刮宫术联合米非司酮治疗,试验组给予刮宫术联合安宫黄体酮治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后激素水平[促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)]。结果经治疗后,试验组的总有效率为90.00%(27/30),明显高于对照组的66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.8118,P=0.0283<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的FSH、LH、E2水平均明显降低, P、T水平均明显升高,且试验组患者的FSH、LH、E2水平均明显低于对照组, P、T水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安宫黄体酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效显著,能够调节激素水平,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To discuss the effect of Angong progesterone on hormone levels in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB). Methods A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received curettage combined with mifepristone, and the experimental group received curettage combined with Angong progesterone. Comparison were made on clinical efficacy, hormone levels before and after treatment [follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2), progesterone(P), testosterone(T)] between the two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate as 90.00%(27/30) than 66.67%(20/30) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.8118, P=0.0283<0.05). Compared with those before treatment, both groups had obviously lower FSH, LH, E2 level, and obviously higher P and T after treatment. The experimental group had obviously lower FSH, LH and E2 than the control group, and obviously higher P and T than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Angong progesterone shows remarkable clinical efficacy in treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and it can regulate the hormone level. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
