大蒜素胶囊联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床研究

Clinical study of allicin capsule combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis

目的观察大蒜素胶囊联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法 96例溃疡型直肠炎患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组,各32例。A组单一给予柳氮磺吡啶灌肠治疗, B组在柳氮磺吡啶灌肠的基础上口服大蒜素胶囊治疗, C组给予大蒜素胶囊联合柳氮磺吡啶灌肠治疗。比较三组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 B组、C组患者总有效率81.3%、96.9%显著高于A组的56.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.655、12.000, P<0.05)。C组患者总有效率96.9%高于B组的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.010, P<0.05)。三组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论大蒜素胶囊联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效显著,且大蒜素胶囊经灌肠给药优于口服给药,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of allicin capsule combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis. Methods A total of 96 ulcerative proctitis patients were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, with 32 cases in each group. Group A was treated with sulfasalazine enema alone, group B was treated with garlicin orally on the basis of sulfasalazine enema, and group C was treated with garlicin capsule combined with sulfasalazine enema. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between the three groups was compared. Results Group B and group C had significantly higher total effective rate as 81.3% and 96.9% than 56.3% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.655、12.000, P<0.05). Group C had higher total effective rate as 96.9% than 81.3% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.010, P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups. Conclusion Combination of allicin and capsule sulfasalazine shows significant efficacy in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis, and allicin capsule administered by enema is superior to oral administration. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
