Effect of Pender health promotion model on compliance behavior of patients with first PCI surgery after discharge

目的探讨Pender健康促进模式对首次经皮冠状动脉内介入治疗(PCI)术患者出院后遵医行为的影响。方法 90例首次PCI术患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各45例。试验组利用Pender健康促进模式实施延续护理,对照组实施传统出院健康指导。比较两组患者遵医行为、焦虑情绪及护理满意度。结果出院后1年,试验组患者遵医行为评分(11.88±1.87)分显著高于对照组的(10.32±1.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者焦虑情绪和护理满意度评分分别为(11.85±3.02)、(91.89±5.03)分,显著优于对照组的(14.61±4.18)、(87.11±4.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Pender健康促进模式实施能显著提高PCI术患者出院后遵医行为,缓解其焦虑情绪,同时提高了护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of Pender health promotion model on compliance behavior of patients with first percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) surgery after discharge. Methods A total of 90 first PCI patients were divided by random number table into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The experimental group received Pender health promotion model for continuous nursing, and the control group received traditional discharge health guidance. 1 year later, the compliance behavior, anxiety and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 year of discharge, the experimental group had significantly higher compliance behavior score as(11.88±1.87) points than(10.32±1.52) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had significantly better anxiety emotion and nursing satisfaction score respectively as(11.85±3.02) and(91.89±5.03) points than(14.61±4.18) and(87.11±4.39) points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Pender health promotion model can significantly improve compliance behaviors, alleviate anxiety of patients after PCI discharge, and improve their nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
