异甘草酸镁与多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝对ALT、AST指标变化以及临床疗效的影响

Effects of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and polyene phosphatidylcholine on ALT, AST and clinical efficacy in the treatment of fatty liver

目的探究异甘草酸镁与多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝对患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)指标变化以及临床疗效的影响。方法 80例脂肪肝患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组予以异甘草酸镁进行治疗,对照组予以多烯磷脂酰胆碱进行治疗。比较两组患者的肝功能[甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、ALT、AST]、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后试验组患者的TG、TC、GGT、TBIL、ALT、AST水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应发生率5.0%显著低于对照组的22.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁可有效改善脂肪肝患者的肝功能,减少不良反应,效果确切,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effects of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and polyene phosphatidylcholine on alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and clinical efficacy in the treatment of fatty liver. Methods A total of 80 fatty liver patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate, and the control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine. Comparison were made on liver function [triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), γ-gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT), total bilirubin(TBIL), ALT, AST], treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had significantly lower TG, TC, GGT, TBIL, ALT and AST than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 95.0% than 72.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions as 5.0% than 22.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can effectively shows affirmative efffect in improving the liver function of patients with fatty liver and reducing adverse reactions. It is worth learning.
