探析糖尿病合并肺结核患者不同降糖治疗方案与抗结核疗效的关系 被引量:5

Analysis of the relationship between different hypoglycemic regimens and antituberculosis efficacy in diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

摘要 目的探析糖尿病合并肺结核患者不同降糖治疗方案与抗结核疗效的关系。方法 74例糖尿病合并肺结核患者,随机分为参照组(给予降糖药物+抗结核治疗)和试验组(给予胰岛素注射+抗结核治疗),各37例。观察比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、病灶吸收效果。结果治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于治疗前,且试验组患者低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者病灶吸收有效率为86.49%,高于参照组的62.16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并肺结核患者实施胰岛素注射+抗结核治疗临床效果更为显著,患者的血糖水平得到改善,病灶吸收率提高,值得临床推荐。 Objective To discuss and analyze the relationship between different hypoglycemic regimens and antituberculosis efficacy in diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 74 diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into control group(receiving hypoglycemic regimens + antituberculosis therapy) and experimental group(receiving insulin injection + antituberculosis therapy), with 37 cases in each group. The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose before and after treatment, and lesion absorption effect in two groups was observed and analyzed. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had lower fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose than those before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had higher effective rate of lesion absorption as 86.49% than 62.16% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of insulin injection + antituberculosis therapy shows remarkable clinical effect in diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and it can improve the blood glucose level and incision absorption rate. It is worthy of clinical reference.
