右美托咪定对肝移植手术中肾功能的影响评价

Evaluation on effect of dexmedetomidine on renal function in liver transplantation

目的研究右美托咪定对肝移植手术中肾功能的影响。方法 78例肝移植手术患者,采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各39例。观察组采用右美托咪定,对照组采用生理盐水,对比两组患者的手术时间及内生肌酐清除率、血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量蛋白、红细胞水平。结果观察组患者的手术时间为(630.25±18.54)min,显著短于对照组的(640.23±22.21)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的内生肌酐清除率、血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量蛋白、红细胞均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝移植手术患者采用右美托咪定可以有效改善患者的临床症状,减少患者在术中的急性肾损伤,并且提升患者的满意程度,改善医患关系。

Objective To study the effect of dexmedetomidine on renal function in liver transplantation. Methods A total of 78 liver transplantation patients were divided by lottery method into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in ech group. The observation group was treated with dexmedetomidine, and the control group was treated with normal saline. Comparison were made on operation time and endogenous creatinine clearance rate, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, urinary microprotein and erythrocyte level between the two groups. Results The observation group had significantly shorter operation time as(630.25±18.54) min than(640.23±22.21) min in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had better endogenous creatinine clearance rate, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, urinary microprotein, erythrocyte than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing liver transplantation can effectively improve clinical symptoms, reduce acute renal injury during operation, and improve patient satisfaction and doctor-patient relationship.
