摘要
目的探讨牙周炎患者采用磁性附着体修复牙列缺损对余留基牙牙周指标的改变情况。方法选择32例中重度牙周炎需行修复治疗的患者,在完成系统性的牙周治疗、外科拔除无保留意义的牙齿、口内进行完善的牙体牙髓治疗后,待口腔健康状况稳定进行磁性附着体修复治疗。在修复治疗结束6个月后,比较基牙治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、牙齿松动度(TM)情况。结果治疗后切牙菌斑指数(0.62±0.21)、尖牙菌斑指数(1.11±0.32)、前磨牙菌斑指数(1.21±0.18)、磨牙菌斑指数(1.24±0.24)均小于治疗前的(2.27±0.67)、(2.33±0.32)、(2.53±0.34)、(2.67±0.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后切牙牙龈指数(0.85±0.15)、尖牙牙龈指数(1.36±0.26)、前磨牙牙龈指数(1.27±0.30)、磨牙牙龈指数(1.44±0.23)均小于治疗前的(2.94±0.21)、(2.76±0.43)、(2.42±0.44)、(2.31±0.52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后切牙牙周袋深度(1.96±0.12)mm、尖牙牙周袋深度(2.33±0.32)mm、前磨牙牙周袋深度(2.15±0.32)mm、磨牙牙周袋深度(3.43±0.28)mm均小于治疗前的(4.30±0.45)、(4.67±0.89)、(4.23±0.37)、(4.91±0.45)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后基牙牙齿松动度情况优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用磁性附着体修复牙周炎患者的牙列缺损有利于牙周组织健康。
Objective To discuss the changes of periodontal index of residual abutment teeth in patients with periodontitis treated with magnetic attachments. Methods A total of 32 patients with moderate to severe periodontitis were selected for prosthetic treatment. After completing systematic periodontal treatment, surgical extraction of unreserved teeth, and complete dental pulp treatment in the mouth, the patients were treated with magnetic attachment restorations until their oral health was stable. The plaque index(PLI), gingival index(GI), periodontal pocket depth(PD) and tooth mobility(TM) of abutment teeth before and after 6 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the plaque index of incisors(0.62± 0.21), canines(1.11±0.32), premolars(1.21±0.18), and molars(1.24±0.24) were lower than those before treatment(2.27±0.67),(2.33±0.32),(2.53±0.34),(2.67±0.32). Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the gingival index of incisors(0.85±0.15), canines(1.36±0.26), premolars(1.27±0.30) and molars(1.44±0.23) were all lower than those before treatment(2.94±0.21),(2.76±0.43),(2.42± 0.44) and(2.31±0.52). Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the periodontal pocket depth of incisors(1.96±0.12) mm, canines(2.33±0.32) mm, premolars(2.15±0.32) mm, molars(3.43±0.28) mm were all lower than those before treatment(4.30±0.45),(4.67±0.89),(4.23±0.37) and(4.91±0.45) mm. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The tooth mobility of abutment teeth after treatment was better than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Repairing dentition defect with magnetic attachment is beneficial to periodontal tissue health.
