瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者的效果探讨

Discussion on effect of rosuvastatin on the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨冠心病合并高脂血症患者应用瑞舒伐他汀的效果。方法 78例冠心病伴高脂血症患者,随机分为A组和B组,各39例。A组患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗, B组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 A组显效7例、好转20例、无效12例;B组显效11例、好转25例、无效3例。B组总有效率为92.31%,高于A组的69.23%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.686, P<0.05)。A组发生不良反应6例,包括恶心呕吐3例,皮疹2例,关节痛1例;B组发生1例恶心呕吐。A组不良反应发生率为15.38%,高于B组的2.56%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.924,P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀在冠心病伴高脂血症患者治疗中的疗效显著,值得广泛应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of rosuvastatin on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 39 cases in each group. Group A was treated with atorvastatin, and group B was treated with rosuvastatin. The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Group A had 7 excellent cases, 20 improved cases and 12 ineffective cases, while group B had 11 excellent cases, 25 improved cases and 3 ineffective cases. Group B had higher total effective rate as 92.31% than 69.23% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.686,P<0.05). Group A had 6 cases with adverse reactions, including 3 cases of nausea and vomiting, 2 cases of rash,1 case of joint pain, while group B had 1 case of nausea and vomiting. Group A had higher incidence of adverse reactions as 15.38% than 2.56% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.924, P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia,and it is worthy of wide application.
