鞘内阶梯浓度用药治疗术后颅内葡萄球菌感染患者的观察和护理分析

Observation and nursing analysis of intrathecal ladder concentration medication in the treatment of postoperative intracranial staphylococcal infection

目的于术后颅内葡萄球菌感染患者中应用鞘内阶梯浓度用药治疗,分析其治疗效果以及护理措施,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法 100例术后颅内葡萄球菌感染患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。两组患者均实施鞘内阶梯浓度用药治疗,对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者应用综合护理干预。对患者治疗前后的各项指标(体温、白细胞个数、葡萄糖、氯化物)以及对两组患者护理满意度予以比较。结果 100例术后颅内葡萄球菌感染患者治疗7 d后的体温、白细胞个数、葡萄糖及氯化物水平优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后颅内葡萄球菌感染患者中应用鞘内阶梯浓度用药治疗的效果显著,同时在实施护理措施后显著提升了患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect and nursing measures of intrathecal ladder concentration medication in the treatment of postoperative intracranial staphylococcal infection, so as to provide reference for clinical application. Methods A total of 100 patients with postoperative intracranial staphylococcal infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups was treated with intrathecal ladder concentration medication, and the control group received routine nursing. The observation group patients received comprehensive nursing intervention. Comparison were made on indicators(body temperature, number of white blood cells, glucose, chloride) before and after treatment and nursing satisfaction of in two groups. Results 100 patients with postoperative intracranial staphylococcal infection had better body temperature, number of white blood cells, glucose and chloride after 7 d of treatment than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction as 96.00% than 76.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of intrathecal ladder concentration medication shows remarkable effect in treating patients with postoperative intracranial staphylococcal infection, nursing satisfaction of patients has been significantly improved after the implementation of nursing measures. It is worthy of popularization and application.
