急诊护理路径在急诊留观患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of emergency nursing pathway in emergency observation patients

目的观察分析急诊护理路径在急诊留观患者中的应用效果。方法 100例急诊留观患者,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组应用常规护理路径,实验组应用急诊护理路径,观察比较两组患者护理效果。结果实验组患者护理满意度为98.0%,显著高于对照组的82.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者规范化管理质量评分、基础护理质量评分、急救物品完好质量评分、急诊科消毒隔离工作质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理路径在急诊留观患者中应用效果显著,可提高护理质量和患者护理满意度。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of emergency nursing pathway in emergency observation patients. Methods A total of 100 emergency observation patients were divided by random number table method into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing pathway, and the experimental group received emergency nursing pathway. The nursing effect in two groups was observed and compared. Results The experimental group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction as 98.0% than 82.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had significantly higher standardized management quality score, basic nursing quality score, first aid intact quality score, emergency department disinfection and isolation work quality score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing pathway has a significant effect in emergency observation patients, and it can improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients.
