糖尿病合并痈的中医外科治疗分析

Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine surgery for the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with carbuncle

目的对糖尿病合并痈的中医外科临床治疗效果进行探析。方法 80例糖尿病合并痈患者作为研究对象,根据随机分组原则分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者进行常规西医治疗,观察组患者在常规西医治疗基础上进行中医外科治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.50%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为85.00%;观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间(38.23±35.85)d短于对照组的(56.47±37.84)d,并发症发生率0低于对照组的10.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并痈患者进行中医外科治疗的临床效果显著,可进一步改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,具有一定价值,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine surgery for the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with carbuncle.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with carbuncle as study subjects were divided by random grouping method into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine surgery on the basis of conventional Western medicine.Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect,hospitalization time and occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results The observation group had total treatment effective rate as 97.50%,which was 85.00%in the control group.The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter hospitalization time as(38.23±35.85)d than(56.47±37.84)d in the control group,and lower incidence of complications as 0 than 10.00%in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine surgery shows remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with carbuncle,and it can further improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It contains a certain value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
