优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者疼痛的影响分析

Effect analysis of high-quality nursing on pain of patients with advanced tumor

目的探讨优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者疼痛的影响。方法 42例肿瘤晚期患者,采用国际随机字母表法分为实验组和对照组,每组21例。对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者采用优质护理。比较两组患者的疼痛程度。结果对照组患者轻度疼痛9例,中度疼痛8例,重度疼痛4例;实验组患者轻度疼痛17例,中度疼痛3例,重度疼痛1例。实验组患者疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者疼痛缓解效果显著,有助于减轻患者痛苦,保证生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of high-quality nursing on pain of patients with advanced tumor.Methods A total of 42 patients with advanced tumor were divided by international random alphabet method into experimental group and control group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The pain degree in two groups was compared.Results The control group had 9 cases of mild pain,8 cases of moderate pain and 4 cases of severe pain.The experimental group had 17 cases of mild pain,3 cases of moderate pain and 1 case of severe pain.The experimental group had lighter pain degree than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has a significant effect on pain relief of patients with advanced cancer,and it is helpful to alleviate the pain of patients and ensure the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
