帕罗西汀结合脑电生物反馈治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效观察 被引量:3

Observation on efficacy of paroxetine combined with electroencephalogram biofeedback on generalized anxiety disorder

摘要 目的探讨帕罗西汀联合脑电生物反馈治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法 80例广泛性焦虑症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,研究组采用帕罗西汀联合脑电生物反馈治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组HAMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周,两组HAMA评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8周,两组HAMA评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗4、8周,研究组HAMA评分分别为(14.8±3.3)、(10.3±3.8)分,低于对照组的(17.2±5.2)、(14.1±4.6)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周,研究组PSQI评分低于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4、8周,两组患者PSQI评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4、8周,两组PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为72.5%,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用帕罗西汀联合脑电生物反馈治疗广泛性焦虑症患者,其疗效显著,可明显缓解患者焦虑状态,改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广。 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of paroxetine combined with electroencephalogram biofeedback on generalized anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 80 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine,and the research group was treated with paroxetine combined with electroencephalogram biofeedback.Comparison was made on Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score before and after treatment and therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMA score in two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMA score were(14.8±3.3)and(10.3±3.8)points in the research group,and those was lower than(17.2±5.2)and(14.1±4.6)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the PSQI score in the research group was lower than that before treatment and that in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the PSQI score in two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PSQI score in two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 90.0%in the research group,and that was 72.5%in the control group.The total effective rate in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with electroencephalogram biofeedback has significant effect on patients with generalized anxiety disorder,and it can obviously alleviate the anxiety state of patients and improve their sleep quality.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
