基于磁流变机理的车床减振系统动力学研究

摘要 为有效控制外圆车削过程中引起的颤振,本文设计了基于磁流变效应的动力减振装置,建立动力减振器作用下的外圆车削磁流变减振系统动力学模型。利用Matlab对动力减振器作用下的系统幅频响应进行仿真,得到动力减振效果并与阻尼减振效果进行对比;改变动力减振器的阻尼和刚度,得出由磁流变效应引起的阻尼和刚度对减振效果的影响规律,有助于相关车削参数的选取,从而获得较好的减振效果,提高加工精度。
