摘要
作者在测试国产的聚乙烯和聚丙烯薄膜、硅橡胶毛细管以及中空纤维等高分子材料气体透气功能的基础上,选择透气性能良好的硅橡胶毛细管进行膜式氧合器的试制。硅橡胶毛细管氧合器每分钟氧转移率为27.7土8.9ml/min/m^2。作者又试制出编织型氧合器。为植入型人工肺打下基础。
ABSTRACTBasing on the gas permeation function of high molecular materials( silicone rubber capillary and hollow fiber), discovered during measu-rement of Chinese polyethylene and polypropene "membrane, trial-produc-tion of silicone rubber membrane oxygenator with silicone rubber capillaryof good gas permeation function was undertaken. The oxygen transferrate of this silicone rubber membrane oxygenator was 27.7 ?.9ml/min/m2.Besides, trail-production of woven oxygenator was also made, serving asa foundation for artificial lung implantion.
