摘要
作者合成了一种带有腈基的大孔吸附树脂(NKA-9),它对结合胆红素及未结合胆红素均有较高的吸附能力。比较了不同碱性的离子交换树脂及不同孔径和单体结构的吸附树脂对胆红素的吸附作用。研究了NKA-9号树脂的吸附速度及临床应用时树脂粒度、流动相流速、温度等的影响关系及毒性试验等。
ABSTRACTA polymeric adsorbent (NKA-9)with cyanide group has been prepared.It has excellent adsorption properties both for direct and indirect reactingbilirubin. The adsorption of bilirubin by anion exchange resins with di-fferent pore radii and of different monomeric structures are compared.Adsorption kinetics, the influence of particle size and temperature towardbilirubin adsorption as well as the clinical application of the adsorbent areinvestigated.
