摘要
羊肚菌具有丰富的营养价值,且风味独特而鲜美,在欧美等发达国家将其视为人体进补的佳品。此外,羊肚菌因还有多糖等成分,药用价值极高,具有抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、提高免疫力等功效。近年来,针对羊肚菌出现了很多研究报道,大多集中在资源分布、药性分析、菌种分离和菌丝培养方面,较少关注与体育运动的关系。因此,针对羊肚菌对运动员骨骼肌自由基代谢影响问题进行研究,能够得出有价值的结论。
Morel has rich nutritional value, and its flavor is unique and delicious. It is regarded as a good supplement for human body in developed countries such as Europe and America. In addition, Morchella has high medicinal value due to its polysaccharide and other ingredients, and has anti-tumor, anti-fatigue and immunity enhancement effects. In recent years, there have been many research reports on morel, most of which focus on resource distribution, drug analysis, strain separation and hyphal culture, and less attention to sports. Therefore, the research on the effect of morel on the free radical metabolism of athletes’ skeletal muscle can draw valuable conclusions.
