基于食用菌资源的海南中部生态旅游产业的兴起和开发研究

Research on the Rise and Development of Ecotourism Industry in Central Hainan Based on Edible Fungi Resources

海南岛中部地区旅游资源丰富,利用SWOT分析法对海南岛中部地区生态旅游产业中食用菌资源的影响力和利用水平进行了简要的分析,从中得出其两者在产业融合和促进上的优势与劣势,以及产业进一步发展过程中所需面对的机遇与挑战。通过分析提出了丰富食用菌生产和栽培过程中的民众参与度,积极探索观光农业路线、以科技进步促进食用菌产品品质提升、发挥民间资本在推进生态旅游中食用菌产业优化与升级的作用等符合海南中部地区食用菌和生态旅游发展现状的改进策略。

The central part of Hainan Island is rich in tourism resources. The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the influence and utilization level of edible fungi resources in the ecotourism industry in central Hainan Island to enhance the industrial integration. Advantages and disadvantages, as well as the opportunities and challenges that the industry needs to face in the process of further development. Through the above analysis, the author puts forward the popular participation in the process of enriching the production and cultivation of edible fungi, actively explores the route of sightseeing agriculture,promotes the quality improvement of edible fungi products through scientific and technological progress, and gives play to the optimization and upgrading of the edible fungus industry in the promotion of eco-tourism by private capital. The role is in line with the improvement strategy of edible fungi and ecotourism development in central Hainan.
