Analysis on the Effect of Russula vinosa Extract on Improving Athletes’ Physical Ability

目的:通过对红菇提取液对提升运动员体能作用的量化评估,提高红菇提取液对提升运动员体能恢复和量化评价能力,从而科学制定训练计划。方法:提出一种基于模糊自适应决策和定量回归分析的红菇提取液对提升运动员体能作用评估方法。构建红菇提取液对提升运动员体能作用指数大数据分布模型,采用统计分析和分组样本检测方法分析红菇提取液对提升运动员体能作用量化特征;根据统计分析结果进行红菇提取液对提升运动员体能作用量化决策,构建红菇提取液对提升运动员体能作用评估的模糊决策函数;结合红菇提取液对提升运动员体能作用评估数据的关联规则分析结果进行信息融合和特征匹配,实现量化评估和模糊决策。结果:红菇提取液对提升运动员体能作用效果明显,在纤连蛋白增长与肺功抑制的相关性驱使下,红菇提取液能实现蛋白激酶的活性激发,提高运动员的体能。结论:通过摄入一定量的红菇提取液,提升运动员体能,改善训练效果。

Objective:to improve the ability of physical fitness recovery and quantitative evaluation of Russula vinosa extract to improve athletes’physical ability,so as to make a scientific training plan by evaluating the effect of Russula vinosa extract on improving athletes’physical ability.Methods:based on fuzzy adaptive decision and quantitative regression analysis,a method of evaluating the effect of extract of Russula vinosa on improving athletes’physical ability was proposed.The distribution model of the physical function index big data of the Russula vinosa extract on the lifting athletes was established,and the quantitative characteristics of the physical function of the Russula vinosa extract on the lifting athletes were analyzed by statistical analysis and grouping sample detection method.According to the results of statistical analysis,the quantitative decision was made on the effect of the extract of Russula vinosa on improving athletes’physical ability,and the fuzzy decision function of the evaluation of the effect of extract of Russula vinosa on the evaluation of physical ability of athletes was constructed.Combined with the extract of Russula vinosa,information fusion and feature matching were carried out on the results of association rule analysis of the evaluation data of improving athletes’physical ability,and the quantitative evaluation and fuzzy decision were realized.Results:the extract of Russula vinosa had obvious effect on improving the physical ability of athletes.Driven by the correlation between the increase of fibronectin and the inhibition of lung work,the extract of Russula vinosa could stimulate the activity of protein kinase and improve the physical ability of athletes.Conclusion:by ingesting a certain amount of extract of Russula vinosa,the athletes’physical ability can be improved and the training effect can be improved.
