摘要
对食用菌而言,其生产产地和最终的消费场所通常不在一起,所以二者存在空间距离,如此便产生了运输问题。目前对食用菌所采取的运输方式主要有以下两种,一种是针对新鲜食用菌的运输,其运输路线主要是从种菇农户到自由贸易市场或者食用菌加工企业,此类型运输通常距离比较短,对运输工具的要求也不高;另一种是针对加工以后的产品进行的运输,此类型运输通常由加工企业负责。由于食用菌本身含水量比较高,如果运输过程中处理不当,则非常容易变质,所以大部分加工企业都选择冷链物流这种运输方式,来减少存储运输中造成的损耗。
For edible fungi,their production and final consumption places are usually not together,so there is a space distance between them,which causes transportation problems.At present,there are two main modes of transportation for edible fungi:one is the transportation of fresh edible fungi,and its transportation route is mainly from fungus farmers to free trade market or edible fungi processing enterprises.This type of transportation usually has a short distance,and the requirements for transportation tools are not high;the other is the transportation of processed products,which is carried by processing enterprises.Because of high water content of edible fungi,it is very easy to deteriorate.Without proper storage during traneportation,so most processing enterprises choose cold chain logistics as a transport mode to reduce the loss caused by storage and transportation.
