摘要 食用菌种植业是我国最具活力的经济作物之一,且经济效益十分明显,经济成本低,利润回报率高。尤其近几年,中国的食用菌消费需求不断上升,食用菌工厂化也随之发展迅速,使得食用菌的生产模式日趋成熟,它所产生的经济价值将为国民经济的增长提供巨大的推动力。 The edible mushroom industry has become one of the three major industries in the development of agriculture in China,which has strong economic value.The text summarizes the economic value and future development prospects of edible fungi,compares the development status and potential of edible fungi in China and the world,and analyzes the development potential of edible fungi in the light of the current development conditions of edible fungi.At the same time,based on the 13th five-year plan for economic and social development it is concluded that the edible mushroom industry in the future may become an independent industry with broad prospects and great development space.
