基于多案例比较的珍稀菌蕈杏鲍菇赢利模式研究

Study on Profit Model of Rare Pleurotus eryngii Based on Multi-case Comparison

现有的杏鲍菇赢利模式具有经济效益低下的弊端,为了解决该问题,提出基于多案例比较的珍稀菌蕈杏鲍菇赢利模式优化研究。通过多案例比较方法选取3家杏鲍菇销售商家,收集其杏鲍菇销售数据。根据数据得到销售的目标群体、消费者的价值主张、杏鲍菇的销售模式与杏鲍菇的资源4个影响杏鲍菇经济效益的因素。以其为依据,对杏鲍菇赢利模式数学模型进行优化。采用多因子计算法对其进行求解,得到优化后的杏鲍菇赢利模式,实现了杏鲍菇赢利模式的优化。结果显示,相较于现有的杏鲍菇赢利模式来说,优化的杏鲍菇赢利模式的利润率提升了29%,充分说明优化的杏鲍菇赢利模式具备更好的经济效益。

The existing profit model of Pleurotus eryngii has the disadvantage of low economic efficiency.In order to solve this problem,the profit model optimization of Pleurotus eryngii based on multi-case comparison was proposed.Three sellers were selected by multi-case comparison method to collect the sales data of pleurotus eryngii.According to the data,four factors affecting the economic benefit of pleurotus eryngii were obtained:target group,consumer’s value proposition,sales mode of abalone and resources of pleurotus eryngii.Based on these factors,the mathematical model of profit model of pleurotus eryngii.The problem has been solved and obtains the optimized profit model of Pleurotus eryngii,which realizes the optimization of the profit model of Pleurotus eryngii.The experimental results show that compared with the existing profit model of pleurotus eryngii,the profit margin of the optimized profit model of pleurotus eryngii has increased by 29%,which fully shows that the optimized profit model of pleurotus eryngii has better economic benefits.
