以发展重庆市食用菌产业促进大学生就业创业的思考

Thoughts on Developing Edible Fungi Industry to Promote University Students Employment in Chongqing

重庆食用菌产业因其政策利好且市场需求量巨大使得其发展非常迅速,但人员构成以低端密集型从业人员为主,在技术上存在一定的壁垒,亟需高端专业人才的加入,而重庆食用菌产业的大力发展也有利于大学生创业就业。针对重庆食用菌产业从业人员大多为劳动密集型人员,但生产规模大且发展迅速,且重庆食用菌与大学生创业就业之间的相互关系,重庆食用菌产业可以通过搭建大学生创业服务平台、培训平台、绿色平台、供需平台、帮扶平台等五大平台来促进大学生的创业与就业。

The edible fungus industry in Chongqing has developed rapidly due to its favorable policies and huge market demand.However,the composition of personnel is mainly low-end intensive practitioners.There are certain barriers in technology and the participation of high-end professionals is continued.The vigorous development of the edible fungus industry in Chongqing is also conducive to college students’entrepreneurial employment.For the edible fungus industry in Chongqing,most of the employees are labor-intensive,but the production scale is large and rapid development,and the relationship between Chongqing edible fungi and college students’entrepreneurial employment,Chongqing edible fungus industry can build a college student entrepreneurial service platform and training platform.Five platforms,such as green platform,supply and demand platform and help platform,to promote college students’entrepreneurship and employment.
