摘要
云南是我国重要的蔬菜产销基地,并已经形成大宗菜、野生菜和特色菜共同发展的新格局。其中食用菌类更是云南重要的农业经济作物之一,云南野生食用菌种类将近250种,松茸、鸡油菌、块菌和牛肝菌占据中国食用菌总量的2/3,并出口到意大利和日本等多个国家,形成广阔的食用菌出口市场。但是当前云南的无公害食用菌在生产和产业发展上尚有很多不足之处,部分食用菌生产主要是以家庭小规模生产为主,在发挥无公害食用菌的经济效益方面尚有很大的提升空间,建立创新型的无公害食用菌产业,必须立足食用菌产业发展中的主要问题,并提出针对性解决策略,以进一步提高食用菌产品质量,推动食用菌产业发展。
Yunnan is an important vegetable production and marketing base in China,and has formed a new pattern of the common development of major vegetables,specialties,wild vegetables and specialties.Among them,edible fungi is one of the most important agricultural economic crops in Yunnan,with nearly 250 species of edible fungi in Yunnan.Tricholoma matsutake,Cantharellus cibarius,Tuberales and Boletus occupy 2/3 of the total amount of edible fungi in China.And export to Italy and Japan and other countries,forming a broad market for edible fungi export.But at present,there are still many deficiencies in the production and industrial development of non-pollution edible fungi in Yunnan.Some edible fungi production is mainly small-scale production in the family,in the development of pollution-free edible fungi.In order to improve the quality of edible fungi products base on the main problems in the development of edible fungi industry,we must put forward the countermeasures to further improve the quality of edible fungi products,in order to establish an innovative non-pollution-free edible fungus industry,and to improve the quality of edible fungi products.We will promote the development of edible fungi industry.
