抗炎-2号是河南省医药工业研究所根据药理和化学结构之间的关系,将美国新发展的一类非甾体强力消炎止痛新药Sudoxican的基本结构羟基羟酸和意大利新发明抗结核药RifamPicin的侧链按照药物化学上的分子拼合原理拼合而成。经核磁共振、质谱和红外光谱证实为单一结晶纯品。分子量为352。我们参阅了有关的文献,对抗炎-2号进行药效和毒性的研究。

Antiinflammation-2" synthesized by Institute of Pharmaceutical He-nan is a pure chemical, Molecular weight is 352, Its effects and toxicties were studied."Antiinflammation-2" possesses significant antiinflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic actions. The oral medium analgesic dose ( ED50) in mice with stretching method was 142mg/kg. The po and iv LD50 of "ant-iinflammation-2" was 1.00g/kg and 0.25g/kg in mice respectively. The rapeutic dose did not influence respiration, heart rate, and blood presure significantly. Subacute toxico-logic test showed it no had any toxic effect on hematologic system, renal function and hepatic function, noticeable pathological changes in heart, liver, kidneys, spleen, lun , and brain were observed.According to the experimental data obtained we consider "Antiinflam-mation-2" is a potent antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic dru in vital organs of the rabbit.
