沙门菌的“拉链”与“触发”入侵机制及其调控 被引量:1

The “zipper” and “trigger” invasive mechanism of Salmonella and its control

摘要 沙门菌可以通过"拉链"与"触发"2种机制入侵宿主细胞,"触发"机制依赖于三型分泌系统,"拉链"机制依赖于细菌表面蛋白(侵袭素)与细胞膜受体的相互作用,两者都是通过刺激宿主细胞的信号转导途径,产生一系列的细胞反应,最终导致细菌内化。Rck、PagN和HlyE是目前被鉴定的3种侵袭素。沙门菌入侵基因的表达受转录水平的几个环境因素影响。 Salmonella are found to be able to invade cells via both zipper and trigger mechanism.The trigger mechanism is mediated by a typeшsecretion system(T3SS)while the zipper process is initiated by an interaction between the host cell receptor and the bacterial surface protein.Both of two mechanisms can produce a series of cell responses by stimulating the signal transduction pathway of host cell,lead to bacterial internalization eventually.Rck,PagN and HlyE are the three invasions identified that involve in Salmonella uptake.The environmental signals play a major role in Salmonellainvasion through it inducing the expression of invade gene in the transcriptional level.
