利用中国知网学术期刊网,从作者群、发文单位、地域发展及基金项目等方面统计分析《中国兽医学报》2008-2013年间期刊影响因子变化及作者发文情况,并结合本期刊33年自身发展规律、中国期刊改革政策及高校SCI政策的实施等有针对性地探讨制约我国科技期刊发展的因素,共寻我国科技期刊稳步前进、提高国际竞争力的发展之路。

In this study,the Chinese network academic periodicals network was using to make a statistical analysis on the impact factor change and the post of the authors of the chinese journal of veterinary science between 2008 and 2013,then the authors groups,the author units,the regional development and fund projects,etc combined with the 33 years development of our journal,china journal reform policy and implementation of college SCI policy were analysized together to discuss the factors which restricted the development of the sci-tech periodicals in china,and try to find a way to make steady progress and to improve the international competitiveness of sci-tech periodicals in China.
