1株疑似沙门菌的鸡源恶臭假单胞菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation,identification and drug sensitivity test of one strain of Pseudomonas putida isolated from laying hen which is suspected as Salmonella

恶臭假单胞菌是一种广泛存在于环境中的人兽共患条件致病菌,主要引起水生动物疾病,其对禽类的致病性研究目前没有引起关注。本研究从临床上78日龄脚软病鸡的跖趾关节腔中分离出1株病原菌,结合临床症状、细菌培养和血清学凝集反应,前期一直怀疑为沙门菌,通过进一步的微生物质谱检测、生化反应和16S rDNA测序,确定为恶臭假单胞菌。药敏试验结果显示该分离株对头孢曲松、头孢他啶、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那、新霉素、四环素和环丙沙星7种受试抗菌药物敏感,对链霉素、青霉素、呋喃唑酮、磺胺异噁唑、氯霉素、氟苯尼考、林可霉素、红霉素、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星10种受试抗菌药物均耐药。本研究首例报道从软脚病鸡临床分离到恶臭假单胞菌,对兽医临床鉴别诊断恶臭假单胞菌感染及临床防治用药具有指导意义和参考价值。

Pseudomonas putida is a conditional pathogenic bacterium that can be found in both human and animals.It is widely present in the environment,mainly causing aquatic animal diseases,and its pathogenicity research on poultry has not attracted attention.In this study,a pathogen was isolated from the metatarsophalangeal joint of a 78-day-old soft-legged laying hen.In view of clinical symptoms,the results of bacterial culture and agglutination reaction,it was suspected to be Salmonella mistakenly in the early stage.Then it was determined to be Pseudomonas putida with combined analysis of the results of further microbial mass-spectrometric detection and 16 S rDNA sequencing.In addition,the biochemical reaction results of the isolated strain were consistent with the standard strain.The drug susceptibility test showed that the isolate was sensitive to seven antibiotics,which are ceftriaxone,ceftazidime,gentamicin,amikacin,neomycin,tetracycline and ciprofloxacin.And it showed resistance to streptomycin,penicillin,furazolidone,sulfamethoxazole,chloramphenicol,florfenicol,lincomycin,erythromycin,enrofloxacin and norfloxacin.This study is the first report of clinical isolation of Pseudomonas putida from soft-legged laying hens in China,which has great guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Pseudomonas putidainfection.
