卵巢支持细胞-间质细胞瘤1例报告并文献复习

摘要 卵巢支持细胞-间质细胞瘤,又称为男性母细胞瘤,是一组肿瘤组织细胞形态完全类似于不同发育阶段男性性腺的卵巢肿瘤[1]。发病年龄为2-75岁不等,平均年龄为25岁,75%的病例发生于30岁以前的女性[2],恶变率不足20%,恶变后多表现为低级别恶性肿瘤[3]。卵巢支持细胞-间质细胞瘤患者发病率低,由于其为具有内分泌功能的肿瘤,主要临床表现为去女性化特征及随后出现的男性化体征。早期肿瘤较小时不易发现。
