不植骨上颌窦内提升种植的5年临床效果观察 被引量:1

5 Year Clinical Effect of Osteotome Sinus Floor Elevation without Bone Grafting

摘要 目的评价不植骨上颌窦内提升种植的临床效果。方法收集北京大学深圳医院口腔医学中心种植科2012年1-6月完成的不植骨上颌窦内提升种植病人14例,患者上颌后牙区均存在不同程度的牙槽嵴高度不足,采用上颌窦内提升术提高窦底高度后不植骨同期植入19枚种植体。结果所有患者均完成最终修复,种植体愈合良好。5年后回访种植体留存率100%,功能行使良好,平均提升高度2.72mm(2.19-3.52mm),窦底有一定程度的新生骨,5年后平均新生骨高度1.38mm(0.98-2.92mm)。结论在提升高度不大于3mm同时能获得较为理想初期稳定性的条件下不植骨上颌窦内提升术可取得较好的临床治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate the long-term clinical effect of maxillary sinus lifting without bone grafting.Methods A total of 14 patients with 19 implants were implanted in the implant center of the Department of Stomatology,Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University in 2012.There were different deficiency of alveolar ridge height in the posterior teeth area of the upper jaw,and 19 implants were implanted in the same period after the sinus floor elevation without bone grafting.Results all patients completed the final repair,and the implant healed well.After 5 years,the retention rate of the implant was 100%,all in good function.The average elevation of the height was 2.72 mm(2.19-3.52 mm).The sinus floor had a certain degree of new bone,and the average height of the new bone was 1.44 mm(1.05-2.94 mm)after 5 years.Conclusion in the condition that the elevation is not greater than 3 mm and the ideal initial stability can be obtained at the same time,the treatment of osteotome sinus floor elevation without bone graft can achieve ideal therapeutic effect.
