细胞免疫功能检测在病毒性心肌炎中的临床价值探讨

The reference value of cellular immune function in viral myocarditis

目的探讨细胞免疫功能检测在病毒性心肌炎中的临床价值。方法选取2015年11月至2017年11月于我院治疗的94位病毒性心肌炎患者为研究对象,同时选取同期100例于我院体检的健康人群作为对照组,对比治疗前后和两组对象外周血中CD3、CD4、CD8活性水平、CD4/CD8比值、NK细胞和TNF-α的表达水平。结果与健康对照组相比,病毒性心肌炎患者CD3、CD4、CD8活性水平、CD4/CD8比值、NK细胞活性和TNF-α水平均显著下降(P均<0.05),而治疗后,其CD3、CD4、CD8活性水平、CD4/CD8比值、NK细胞活性和TNF-α水平均显著增高(P均<0.05)。结论病毒性心肌炎患者的细胞免疫功能显著下降,其细胞免疫功能可以为病毒性心肌炎的诊断和预后提供重要参考。

Objective To investigate the clinical reference value of cellular immune function test in viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 94 patients with viral myocarditis treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were enrolled in the study.At the same time,100 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group.The levels of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,NK cells and TNF-αin the peripheral blood were measured.Results Compared with healthy control group,the levels of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,NK cell activity and TNF-αin viral myocarditis decreased significantly(all P<0.05).After treatment,CD4,CD8 activity,CD4/CD8 ratio,NK cell activity and TNF-αlevels were significantly increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion The cellular immune function of patients with viral myocarditis is significantly decreased.The cellular immune function may provide important reference for the diagnosis and prognosis of viral myocarditis.
