不同益生菌干预对高脂饮食诱导肥胖小鼠脂代谢及脂多糖影响的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨不同益生菌干预对高脂饮食诱导肥胖小鼠不同阶段脂代谢及脂多糖的影响。方法将3周龄C57BL/6雄性小鼠108只随机分为对照组、高脂饮食组、高脂饮食+益生菌干预组(选取婴儿双歧杆菌及酪酸梭菌,组间分为高、低剂量组),每组18只,饲养5周,各组分别于饲养第一、三、五周末剖杀小鼠6只,分析六组小鼠体重、血脂及脂多糖变化情况。结果与对照组及益生菌干预组相比,高脂饮食组小鼠体重明显增加(P<0.05),同种益生菌不同剂量组间对比中,高剂量组最终体重低于低剂量组(P<0.05)。高脂饮食组TC、TG、LDL、LPS较对照组均升高(P<0.05),益生菌干预组上述指标低于高脂饮食组(P<0.05),高脂饮食组HDL含量较对照组降低(P<0.05),益生菌干预组HDL含量高于高脂饮食组(P<0.05)。结论婴儿双歧杆菌及酪酸梭菌可以改善由高脂饮食造成的脂代谢异常,下调体内脂多糖含量,在不同剂量下对于肥胖个体改善的效果有差异。 Objective To study the influence of different probiotic intervention on lipid metabolism and LPS of high fat diet induce obese mice at different stages.Methods One hundred and eight male C57 BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to a control group,a high-fat diet group and high-fat diet+probiotic intervention groups(choose bifidobacterium infantis groups and clostridium butyricum,divided into high and low dose group),eighteen mice in each group,fed for 5 weeks.On the first,third and fifth weekend of breeding,six mice in each group were killed,blood lipid and LPS were measured.Results Compared with control group and high-fat diet group+probiotic intervention groups,the body weight of obesity mice was significantly higher than that groups(P<0.05).The body weight of the high dose probiotic intervention mice were lower than the low dose group(P<0.05).TC,TG,LDL,LPS in high-fat diet group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The probiotic intervention groups had significantly lower levels of TC,TG,LDL,LPS than the high-fat diet group(P<0.05).HDL in high-fat diet group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The probiotic intervention groups dramatically increased HDL levels compared with the highfat diet group(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotic intervention may improve the obesity caused by high-fat diet,and reduce the content of LPS.Bifidobacterium infantis and clostridium butyricum has different effect for obese individuals in different dose.
