粪便幽门螺杆菌抗原检测在消化性溃疡诊断中的价值

Diagnostic value of detection of Helicobacter pylori antigen in peptic ulcers

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobater Pylori,HP)抗原检测在消化性溃疡中的临床意义,为临床诊断提供依据。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院消化科收治的380例同时接受胃镜检查和HP抗原检测的患者为研究对象,根据胃镜检查结果分为胃溃疡组、十二指肠溃疡组和正常组。分析3组HP感染情况。结果胃溃疡组HP阳性率86.7%(91/105),十二指肠溃疡组HP阳性率81.6%(129/158),正常组HP阳性率16.2%(19/117),三组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HP感染与消化性溃疡密切相关,抗原检测可用于早期筛查。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of Helicobater Pylori(HP)antigen detection in peptic ulcer,and provide evidence for clinical diagnosis.Methods 380 patients that received gastroscopy and HP antigen examination from January 2016 to December 2017 in the digestive department were selected.They were divided into gastric ulcer group,duodenal ulcer group and normal group according to gastroscopy.HP infection were analyzed in the three groups.Results The positive rate of HP in gastric ulcer group,duodenal ulcer group and normal group was 86.7%(91/105),81.6%(129/158)and 16.2%(19/117),respectively.And the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion HP infection is closely related to peptic ulcer,and the antigen detection can be used for early screening.
