摘要 目的探讨LP(a)、LDL-C、ApoA1、HbA1c、FDP及TSH水平变化与高血压的关系。方法选取2014年2月至2017年10月我院确诊的高血压患者80例作为高血压组,健康体检80例作为对照组,分别测定LP(a)、LDLC、ApoA1、HbA1c、FDP及TSH水平。探讨此六项指标水平的变化与高血压的关系。结果高血压组患者LP(a)、LDL-C、HbA1c、FDP及TSH水平均明显高于对照组,ApoA1水平无显著性差异。此六项指标在高血压各年龄阶段均无显著性差异;ROC曲线显示LP(a)AUC为0.892(灵敏度77.5%,特异度92.5%)、LDL-C为0.725(71.2%,68.8%)、HbA1c为0.711(47.5%,87.5%)、FDP为0.833(61.2%,91.3%)。结论 LP(a)、LDL-C、HbA1c、FDP对高血压具有预测价值,其中以LP(a)最好。 Objective To discuss the connection of LP(a)、LDL-C、ApoA1、HbA1 c、FDP and TSH with hypertension.Methods Eighty patients with hypertension were selected into hypertension group from our hospital from Feb.2014 to Oct.2017.We select eighty healthy people,and assigned into control group.LP(a)、LDL-C、ApoA1、HbA1 c、FDP and TSH levers were determined to explore the relationgship between them and hypertension.Results Compare with control group,the levels of LP(a)、LDL-C、HbA1 c、FDP and TSH in hypertension group were higher(P<0.05),ApoA1 lever has no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The levels of LP(a)、LDL-C、ApoA1、HbA1 c、FDP and TSH has no statistically significant difference in hypertension group(P>0.05).The ROC curve showed that the AUC for LP(a)was 0.892(sensitivity was 77.5%,specificity was 92.5%)、LDL-C was 0.725(71.2%,68.8%)、HbA1 cwas 0.711(47.5%,87.5%)、FDP was 0.833(61.2%,91.3%).Conclusion The levers of LP(a)、LDL-C、HbA1 cand FDP has predictive value for hypertension,and the LP(a)level was best for hypertension.
