摘要 目的探讨儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)与血清25-(OH)D3水平的相关性,以更好的预防和治疗肺炎支原体肺炎。方法选取2016年8月-2018年8月我院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿145例作为观察组,根据病情严重程度不同,分为重症组(n=70)和轻症组(n=75);选取同期于儿科门诊行健康体检的儿童145例作为对照组,对3组儿童的血清25-(OH)D3水平进行检测,比较分析数据之间的相关性。结果重症组、轻症组和对照组血清25-(OH)D3水平差异有统计学意义(F=78.59,P<0.05)。观察组血清25-(OH)D3缺乏比例明显高于对照组,且观察组中重症组高于轻症组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清25-(OH)D3水平与儿童肺炎支原体肺炎相关,且与病情严重程度相关,维生素D缺乏可能是儿童患MPP的危险因素。检测患儿的血清25-(OH)D3水平对于儿童MPP的早期评估有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the correlation between Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children and serum 25-(OH)D3 level,in order to prevent and cure Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia better.Methods 145 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)hospitalized in our hospital from August 2016 to August2018 were selected as observation group.According to the severity of the disease,they were divided into severe group(n=70)and mild group(n=75);145 children undergoing a healthy checkup in the pediatric outpatient clinic were selected as the control group,and the serum 25-(OH)D3 levels of the three groups were tested to compare and analyze correlations between data.Results There were significant differences in serum 25-(OH)D3 levels between the severe group,the mild group and the control group(F=78.59,P<0.05).The proportion of serum 25-(OH)D3 deficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the deficiency rate of the severe group was higher than that in the mild group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels are associated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and related to the severity of the disease.Vitamin D deficiency may be a risk factor for MPP in children.Testing serum 25-(OH)D3 levels is of great importance for early assessment of MPP in children.
