摘要妊娠期暴发性1型糖尿病(fulminant type 1diabetes mellitus,F1DM)往往起病急骤,多合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)、多脏器功能损害,病情危重,常易出现死胎等不良情况,临床诊治存在一定困难,近期我院收治妊娠期暴发性1型糖尿病1例,现将诊治情况报告如下。
