关于医学病原肠道伤寒杆菌毒性实验方法的改进 被引量:1

摘要 目的近年来我国的病原生物安全防护工作越来越被重视,所以在医学病原微生物肠道杆菌实验教学中,根据卫生部公布的《人间传染的病原微生物名录》,将肠道致病微生物列为第二类病原微生物,属高致病性病原微生物。方法所以在教学中肠道致病伤寒杆菌减毒株的研究迫在眉睫,特此设计了肠道伤寒杆菌的减毒株实验。结果通过肠道伤寒杆菌减毒株实验,使得肠道伤寒实验无毒性,保持生物学性状。结论避免了学生病原微生物学实验中的感染,提高了病原微生物实验教学的安全性,保证医学高校学生学习到真正的肠道致病菌的生化特性,同时保证了生物安全。 Objective In recent years,our country’s laboratory biosafety protection work has been paid more and more attention,especially in the experimental teaching of medical pathogenic microorganisms.According to the biosafety problems of experimental teaching of pathogenic microorganism,according to the List of Pathogenic Microorganism Transmitted in Human Infection published by Ministry of Health,enteric pathogenic microorganisms are classified as the second type of pathogenic microorganisms,which are highly pathogenic microorganisms.Methods Therefore,intestinal pathogenic typhoid bacillus attenuated strain research is imminent in the teaching,Hereby,designed the attenuated strain of intestinal typhoid Bacillusexperiment.Results through the attenuated strain experiment,make the intestinal typhoid experiment non-toxic,Conclusion maintai biological characteristics,avoid the infection of st dents inpathogenic microbiology experiment,improve the safet of experimental teaching of pathogenic microorganisms,ensure the medical college students to learn the real biochemical characteristics of intestinal pathogenic bacteria,and ensure the biological safety at the same time.
