血清超敏C-反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平与非致残性缺血性脑血管事件患者关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着生活水平的提高,生活方式的改变,脑血管疾病已严重威胁到人们的健康,高病死率和高致残率是其显著的特征。然而,其中非致残性缺血性脑血管事件[1](NICE)发生后只要三个月内不复发便不会留后遗症。研究表明,短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者早期发生卒中的风险很高[2],90d卒中风险为10%-20%(平均11%),ABCD2评分≥4分的高危患者90d复发风险高达14%以上[3].
